Hey Downtown Westers,
The City of Calgary is reviewing how it draws out their ward boundaries and they are looking for our feedback from us. The current proposal will have a huge impact on our community, moving Downtown West from Ward 8 into Ward 7.
Please visit https://engage.calgary.ca/wardboundaries for more information and consider filling in the survey to ensure that you are heard - the deadline to get your input into the City is March 19, 2020.
The City has notified on us that the in-person opportunity that was planned for March 16 at the Beltline Aquatic & Fitness Centre has been cancelled due to concerns over Covid-19.
